Green Chili Pickle recipe
Making green chili pickle is a simple and flavorful way to preserve green chilies. Here is a traditional recipe that you can follow: Ingredients: 500g green chilies 200g salt 50g red chili powder 50g mustard seeds 50g fenugreek seeds 100g sesame oil or any other edible oil Instructions: Wash and dry the green chilies. In a large bowl, mix the green chilies with 200g of salt and keep it aside for 24 hours. In a pan, heat the oil on medium heat. Add the mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds to the pan and stir until the seeds start to crackle. Add the red chili powder to the pan and stir for a minute. Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool.
